A little preparation makes your visit quick. Here's what to bring when you come in to sell or pawn.
Always
- A valid government-issued ID, like a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
- The item itself. Offers are made in person, once we see it.
For jewelry
- Bring pieces as they are. Broken chains, single earrings, and scrap are all fine.
- If you have boxes or paperwork for a watch or fine jewelry, bring them too.
For tools
- Batteries, chargers, and the case or kit if you have them.
For electronics
- The charger, cables, and controllers.
- Sign out of your accounts (Apple ID, Google, or console accounts) and remove passwords before you come in. Devices still locked to an account can't be resold.
For guitars and music gear
- The case, straps, and any accessories.
What you don't need
- An appointment. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
- A credit check for a pawn loan.
